Jerabek's New Bohemian Jerabek's New Bohemian
Bakery Coffeehouse Cafe

In 1906, Czech immigrant Ed Jerabek opened a bakery in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Four generations later, great-granddaughter Mellissa Deyo continues the tradition with Jerabek’s New Bohemian Coffeehouse and Bakery. The tradition of old-world pastries, pies, cakes and breads continues with many of the same recipes, but has evolved and expanded to include a full deli, charming cafe and unique gift shop. Our 100th year will be quite the celebration; be sure to check our Events page!

Jerabek's Pies
City Pages, 10/10/2004

"What if you want the old-fashioned, real Minnesota pies like your grandma used to make?  In that case, make your way east of the river to Jerabek's, where they make pies that live deep in your sub-conscious -- the French silks, banana creams, lemon meringues, and even that old-fashioned classic sour cream raisin."
