Jerabek's New Bohemian Jerabek's New Bohemian
Bakery Coffeehouse Cafe

In 1906, Czech immigrant Ed Jerabek opened a bakery in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Over 100 years later, partners John Wills, Russ Spangler, and Ronda Vincent continue the traditions with Jerabek's New Bohemian Coffeehouse and Bakery. The old-world pastries, pies, cakes and breads use many of the same recipes, but the store has evolved and expanded to include a deli and sandwich bar, charming cafe and unique gift shop.

Jerabek's Pies
City Pages, 10/10/2004

"What if you want the old-fashioned, real Minnesota pies like your grandma used to make?  In that case, make your way east of the river to Jerabek's, where they make pies that live deep in your sub-conscious -- the French silks, banana creams, lemon meringues, and even that old-fashioned classic sour cream raisin."
